Behaviour, Approaches and Confidentiality

In this course you will learn about the meaning of bullying and harassment, the different types and how to identify it. You will look at duty of candour and the Caldicott Principles. You will gain an understanding of the importance of communication in the workplace as well as conflict situations and how to resolve them. You will also look at freedom to speak out as a healthcare worker.

Access Duration

You will have 12 months of access to your online study platform from the date you purchased the course. You can complete the course in stages, revisiting the training at any time. It is self-paced so you can decide how quickly to progress through it.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the course, learners will take an online multiple-choice question assessment test. This online multiple choice question test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course. The pass mark is 80%.

Successful candidates will be awarded a digital PDF certificate of completion.
