Once you have purchased a course you will receive an email and a link with an activation code. You will need to create an account on our learning platform to access learning materials.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your course anytime within fourteen days after you receive your course materials. To cancel your course you must contact the e-Learning Support Desk firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Support Team on 0800 085 2081 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or postal format.
To request a course transfer you must send an email to the Learning Curve Group e-Learning Support Desk email@example.com . We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.
If you cannot access your account, please contact the support desk firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Support Team on 0800 085 2081 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We aim to respond to requests within 3-5 working days.
You have access to the course for 12months from purchase. You can retake the assessments during this 12months period as many times as you need until you complete the course.
You will receive a digital PDF certificate upon successful completion. You can print this at your own discretion.
