What happens after I’ve purchased a course?

Once you enrol, you'll have immediate access to your online learning materials and assessments in your online platform, eAssessor Pro. Our courses are designed to give you the foundation knowledge in your chosen subject area through interactive eLearning content. Once you've worked through the learning materials, you'll then be able to answer your assessment questions and submit your answers to your tutor.

Am I eligible for a refund or can I cancel my course?

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your course anytime within fourteen days after you receive your course materials.

To cancel your course you must contact the e-Learning Support Desk flexible.learning@learningcurvegroup.co.uk or call our Support Team on 0800 085 2081 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or postal format.

Can I transfer onto another course?

To request a course transfer you must send an email to the Learning Curve Group e-Learning Support Desk flexible.learning@learningcurvegroup.co.uk . We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.

I cannot remember my username/password, how can I access my account?

If you cannot access your account, please contact the support desk flexible.learning@learningcurvegroup.co.uk or call our Support Team on 0800 085 2081 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We aim to respond to requests within 3-5 working days.

When do I get my certificate and how can I access it?

For courses in the "Bitesize" category, you will receive an e-Certificate upon completion of your course. Certificates for our full-length accredited courses can take up to 24 weeks to process. Once you've completed your online course and your tutor has marked your work, it will then be sent for quality assurance. As our qualifications are nationally recognised and accredited, we'll then need to claim your certificate from the awarding organisation.

A physical copy of your certificate will be sent out in the post to the address given at the time of enrolment. Please wait 24 weeks after you have passed your course before contacting about your certificate.
I have just completed my diploma in management and leadership and I had great support from my tutor and team when I had to arrange extension on some of my assignments due to poor health. Friendly service, caring and professional. I can highly recommend Learning Curve Group
Excellent experience. Well presented. Easy to access and navigate. The tutor supplied was very efficient, polite, and prompt with replies. There were plenty of reminders to keep you up to date with dates to complete. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend your service and use again myself.
Learning Curve Group is the best adult education provider in the field. A professional team, from the moment of first point of contact onwards. I have been working with LCG for over a year, and it was no surprise at all they have been winning many awards across the board over the last few years. Warm, friendly, and professional throughout I give them my highest recommendation.

My course materials were current, relevant and interesting. The course was delivered in an engaging format. Objectives were clear for each lesson. My tutor was fantastic at communicating with me and provided really constructive, useful feedback. I plan to take further courses from Learning Curve Group, and definitely recommend them to others who enjoy independent study.
