Substance Misuse | Enrichment

This is a single-unit enrichment course, designed to help you gain awareness about substance misuse, including the types of substances that might be misused and how to spot signs of substance misuse. You will also learn about stereotypes and statistics for substance misuse. This enrichment unit is based on mandatory training requirements in Health & Social Care settings.

Who is the course aimed at?

This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in developing their knowledge and understanding of substance misuse. There are no specific entry requirements for this course. Basic understanding of English language, literacy, numeracy and ICT are required to complete this course.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the course, learners will take an online multiple-choice question assessment test. This online multiple choice question test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course. The pass mark is 70%.
