In this course you will learn to understand the importance of employee relations. You will also look at diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, how they fit within an ESG strategy, and strategies to identify unconscious bias and create a more inclusive workplace culture.
Who is the course aimed at?
This short programme can be taken standalone or as a supplement to a larger qualification. Where there are no specific entry requirements, a good grasp of English, Maths and ICT would be beneficial and advised.
