Level 4 Certificate in Housing

The new standards require senior housing managers and executives in relevant roles to undertake qualifications. Qualifications at this level will enable you to be an effective housing practitioner and will provide you will a broader understanding of how your organisation and others in the housing industry work.

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is the home of professional standards in the housing sector and the awarding body for regulated housing qualifications and apprenticeships. Learning Curve Group are an accredited centre for the CIH qualifications, and our goal is to support housing organisations and their employees to achieve the L4 Certificate in Housing.
