Description

In this course you will learn about how to manage change and explore the advantages and disadvantages of change management towards the business, the managers and team members. You will also learn about a range of change management models and approaches to be able to implement within your role. You will understand what you will need to review when a change has been implemented and how to keep track of the lessons learned during the process. you will explore an overview of several key project and operational management tools and their standards and principles, including: PRINCE2, Agile, Lean and Kaizen and understand how they can be used within your role.

Who is the course aimed at?

This short programme can be taken standalone or as a supplement to a larger qualification. Where there are no specific entry requirements, a good grasp of English, Maths and ICT would be beneficial and advised.

Method of Assessment

Throughout the course, learners will undertake a variety of activities including multiple-choice questions and self-reflections on their learning. Learners need to complete the reading and activities on all slides for overall course completion.
