In this course you will learn about the meaning of equality, diversity and other key terms you often hear when people discuss these topics.  You will explore inequalities within society as well as considering what it means to have equal opportunities. You will cover what makes us all different and how we can respect and celebrate these differences to promote equality in society.

This course really is for anyone and could be taken standalone, alongside a larger programme of study or as a top-up training module.

Access Duration

You will have 12 months of access to your online study platform from the date you purchased the course. You can complete the course in stages, revisiting the training at any time. It is self-paced so you can decide how quickly to progress through it.

Method of Assessment

At the end of the course, learners will take an online multiple-choice question assessment test. This online multiple choice question test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course. The pass mark is 80%. 

Certification

Successful candidates will be awarded a digital PDF certificate of completion.
