I have just completed the Understanding Behaviour that Challenges course. I found the contents in the workbooks useful to be able to answer the assessment questions and my tutor Jason Procter was fantastic with communication, feedback and guidance with the course, he also pointed me to other resources in order to help further my knowledge in the subject I was pursuing.

I have done 2 courses from Learning Curve. 'Understanding Autism, level 2 and Understanding behaviour that challenges, level 2. The best part of the course was best supporting teachers who gives honest feedback and advice how to improve and lot of stuff to read to improvise your work. Thank you so much for making my learning curve easy and fun. I did so much discussion with my tutor on the questions I was struggling to write. They helped me to see other side of the perspective I wanted to write in the answers. They shared more knowledge than what just given in the course.

An excellent course to take whether you are in a care environment working with individuals that present with challenging behaviour. For myself I was in a situation where I am caring for family members that present behaviour that challenges on different ends of the spectrum. The course material was informative and easy to understand and we'll put together without too much technical terminology that I could understand. There is information that can be used in a domestic setting and even ideas for frameworks that can be put in place. I can thoroughly say I have learnt so much about myself and how I can adapt my own views towards challenging behaviour and have learnt ways to implement them also.
